Step 1 - Get the Trackman App
The TrackMan Golf app is your key to logging in at the simulator and tracking all your swings, stats, and performance data. Once installed, open the app to create your account, enter your details, and select your clubs on your profile page. This will connect your game to the simulator so you can review your progress and insights anytime you play.

Step 2: Get the Studio Golf Booking App
The Studio Golf booking app (powered by Hello Club) is where you’ll reserve simulator time, manage payments, and handle memberships. To get started, click the sign-up button, then select Continue, agree to the terms, and sign up using your email or social account. Enter your details, choose a membership (or skip this step if you’d like to pay hourly — you can always add a membership later), create a password, and sign in.
💡 Tip: For quick access, we recommend saving the Studio Golf website to your phone’s home screen so it functions like an app. To do this, tap the share or settings icon in your browser and look for “Add to Home Screen” or “Install App.” Once added, it will open and work just like any other app on your device.
Step 3: Schedule Your Demo with Us
We want the simulator to feel like your own from day one. If you’ve never been to Studio Golf before, we’ll meet with you for a quick demo before your first visit. This short session (about 10–15 minutes) gives us a chance to show you how everything works, answer your questions, and give you your personal door access card. After the walkthrough, you’ll have 30–40 minutes of free time in the simulator to try it out on your own — just remember to bring your clubs.
To schedule your demo, simply text us at 812-636-1051 with your name and a note that you’d like to set up a demo. Myron or Tyler will reply to arrange a time that works for you. You don’t need to buy a membership or schedule regular sessions before the demo — once we’ve met, you’ll have everything you need to come and go as you please.
